View United Recommends SAR 9.9 Million in Cash Dividends for 2024

View United Real Estate Development Company announced that its Board of Directors has recommended distributing cash dividends totaling SAR 9.9 million to shareholders for the fiscal year 2024, representing 30% of the nominal value per share. 

The company clarified that 33 million shares are eligible for dividends, with a payout of 30 halalas per share.

Eligibility will be granted to shareholders holding shares at the end of trading on the day of the company’s general assembly meeting and registered in the company’s records with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the assembly date.
