AVALON PHARMA to Distribute SAR 25 Mln in Cash Dividends for H2 2024

Middle East Pharmaceutical Industries Co. (AVALON PHARMA) announced on Sunday that its Board of Directors approved the distribution of SAR 25 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2024, equivalent to 12.5% of the nominal share value.

The Company stated that 20 million shares are eligible for dividends, at SAR 1.25 per share.

Shareholders owning shares on May 01, 2025, will be eligible for the payout and dividends will be distributed on May 15, 2025.
