CHEMANOL Appoints Fahad Al-Shaya as BOD Vice Chairman
Methanol Chemicals Company (Chemanol) announced on Sunday that its Board of Directors appointed Mr. Fahad Fozan Al-Shaya as Vice Chairman of the Board (Non-Executive Member), replacing Mr. Yousif Abdullah Al-Rajhi (Independent Member), effective from the date of the Resolution. However, Al-Rajhi will remain a member of the Board.
