Saudi Printing and Packaging appoints Waleed AlBanawi to board after resignation

Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. (SPPC) announced the resignation of non-executive board member Mohammed bin Zamil Al-Laaboun, effective April 10, 2025.

The board of directors has appointed Waleed bin Ali AlBanawi as an independent board member to fill the vacant seat, based on a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

AlBanawi is a Saudi investor and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in the investment and industrial sectors. He is the founder and CEO of Banvest Group and previously served as vice chairman and COO of AlBanawi Industrial Group. He also held the role of CEO at JISR Venture Partners in Dubai.
