Aircraft Finance and Lease Company Signs Agreement with Turkish Airlines to Lease 8 Airbus Aircraft

Avi Lease, a global aircraft finance and leasing company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), announced the signing of a strategic agreement with Turkish Airlines, including a long-term lease for eight Airbus A320neo aircraft.

The company stated that two aircraft have been delivered under this agreement, with the remaining six aircraft scheduled to be delivered during 2025.

Edward O’Brien, CEO of Avi Lease, expressed his pride in enhancing cooperation with the Turkish national carrier to new levels, noting that these aircraft will support Turkish Airlines in its plans to enhance its growth path and contribute to its fleet modernization strategy and achieve its sustainability goals.

Avi Lease currently owns a fleet of 200 owned and managed aircraft, including purchase commitments and leases to 48 airline customers.
