NGC to Face Trading Suspension Procedures for Listed Securities

National Gypsum Co. (NGC) announced on Monday the latest details regarding its inability to publish its annual financial results for the period ending December 31, 2024.

In a statement on Tadawul, it clarified that trading suspension procedures for listed securities will be implemented in accordance with listing rules.
