Gulf General”: Expiry of Creditors’ Objection Period Without Any Objections Received

Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Company announced the expiry of the creditors’ objection period regarding the merger transaction with Gulf Union Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance Company by the end of Wednesday, March 12, with no outstanding objections from creditors.

This comes with reference to the company’s announcement on February 25, 2025, on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website regarding the commencement of the creditors’ objection period for the merger transaction in accordance with the provisions of Article (227) of the Companies Law.
