Twareat Medical Care Co. Opens Board Membership Candidacy

Twareat Medical Care Company has announced the opening of candidacy for its Board of Directors for the upcoming term, which will begin on May 11, 2025, and continue for four years.

The nomination process will be conducted in accordance with:

✔ The Companies Law and its executive regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce

✔ The Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority

✔ The company’s Articles of Association and its board membership policies

The elected candidates will be chosen during the General Assembly meeting, with the date to be announced later, following approval from relevant authorities.

Interested candidates who meet the required qualifications can submit their applications from March 9, 2025, until April 7, 2025.
