Tihama’s General Assembly Approves Filing a Liability Lawsuit Against Former Board Member
Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company announced today the results of its Ordinary General Assembly (first meeting), during which shareholders approved filing a liability lawsuit against Abdulaziz Najib Al-Suwailem in his capacity as a former Board Member.
Additionally, the Board of Directors has been authorized to proceed with the necessary legal and regulatory actions in this regard.
