“WAJA” signs MOU with a German company for joint cooperation in the fields of engineering and architectural design

WAJA announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Vista Media & Design (a German limited liability company), for joint cooperation on projects in the local Saudi market.

The memorandum of understanding includes the exchange of technical, artistic and financial expertise and knowledge between the two companies, and cooperation in the fields of engineering and architectural design, especially the design and implementation of museums, roof and canopy projects, historical projects, archaeological buildings, etc., as well as media and media, and taking advantage of the opportunities available in the local Saudi market.

According to the announcement published on “Tadawul”, the contract period will be one calendar year, extendable if agreed upon by both parties.
