First Avenue for Real Estate Development Company announced the results of its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting), which included the approval of the election of six Board members for a four-year term, starting from February 16, 2025, and ending on February 16, 2029.
The elected members are:
- Hassan Attallah Alamri
- Nader Hassan Alamri
- Abdulsalam Abdulrahman Al-Majed
- Mohammed Abdulkarim Al-Nafe’a
- Osama Mohammed Basheer Qarqoori
- Khalid Hassan Al-Qahtani
Additionally, the Assembly approved several amendments to the company’s Articles of Association, including:
- Article (2): Amendment related to the Company Name.
- Article (8): Amendment concerning Share Capital.
- Article (9): Amendment regarding Share Subscription.
- Article (19): Amendment related to Company Management.
Moreover, the Assembly approved delegating the elected Board of Directors with specific authorities under Article 27 of the Companies Law, including activities related to building construction, demolition, and real estate operations.
