Dar Al Arkan awards a real estate deal in Jeddah worth 4.46 billion riyals

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company announced the award of a real estate deal in Jeddah to acquire Orchid land with an area of ​​one million square meters through an alliance between it and Kenzi Arabia and a group of investors, as the value of the contract amounts to 4.46 billion riyals, including tax and endeavor.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that there is expected to be a positive financial impact on revenues during the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025 and the years thereafter.
