Solutions BOD recommends distributing 10 riyals in cash dividends for 2024

The Arab Internet and Communications Services Company (Solutions) announced the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute 8 riyals as regular cash dividends, in addition to (2) riyals as exceptional cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2024 AD, and they will be presented to the General Assembly at its next meeting for voting.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the total amount distributed as regular cash dividends is: 952 million riyals, while the exceptional cash dividends amount to 238 million riyals, as the total amount of cash dividends is 1.19 billion riyals, with the share’s share of the distribution of regular cash dividends: 8.0 riyals per share, and the exceptional cash dividends: 2.0 riyals per share, while the total cash dividends amount to: 10 riyals per share, with a distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share of 100%.

It explained that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 119 million shares, noting that the distribution date will be announced later.

The right to dividends will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of the second trading day following the date of the company’s annual general assembly, which will be announced later.
