Riyadh Steel Announces Audit Committee Formation
Riyadh Steel Co. announced on Monday the Board of Directors’ decision to approve the formation of the Audit Committee, with the beginning of the Committee’s term on Feb. 16, 2025, and ending at the end of the current Board session on Jan. 17, 2027, from the following members:
– Dr. Murya Saad Al-Habash
– Mr. Abdullah Al-Yousef
– Mr. Abdullah bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Rabie
