Amana Approves Amendment of Central Bank of Saudi Arabia Name to Insurance Authority

Amana Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Sunday, February 16, the results of its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (third meeting), which included the following approved resolutions:

1. Amending the company’s Articles of Association to align with the new Companies Law, including the rearrangement and renumbering of articles accordingly.
2. Replacing the name “Central Bank of Saudi Arabia” with “Insurance Authority” wherever it appears in the company’s Articles of Association.
3. Amending the Audit Committee Charter.
