The General Assembly of The Saudi Investment Bank Elects the Board of Directors for the Upcoming Term

The Saudi Investment Bank announced that its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) has approved the election of the Board of Directors for the upcoming term.

The elected members are:

• Abdulatif Al-Seif
• Mohammed AlKhalil
• Yaser AlJarallah
• Mohammed Salem Mousa
• Khaled AlRowais
• Dr. Ghazi Al-Rawi
• Hani Al-Sharif
• Dr. Abdulaziz Alzoom
• Mohammed AlGrenees

Additionally, the assembly approved the appointment of the bank’s auditors from among the nominated candidates.
