e& enterprise successfully hosted its annual pre-LEAP 2025 gathering at its cutting-edge Contact and Customer Experience Centre in Riyadh, bringing together clients, partners, and industry leaders to discuss the future of digital transformation and customer engagement in the Kingdom.
The event commenced with an exclusive tour of the e& enterprise Contact and Customer Experience Centre; a state-of-the-art facility designed to elevate customer experience while supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Guests had the opportunity to network and gain insights into the latest innovations in AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity that are shaping the digital landscape of the Kingdom.
Tareq Alangari, CEO of e& enterprise KSA, opened the ceremony, highlighting the company’s commitment to transforming customer engagement through advanced technology and localized expertise. He emphasized how the facility plays a pivotal role in the Kingdom’s digital journey by providing high-quality, technology-driven customer interactions.
Following the opening remarks, Ahmed Omer, Vice President of Customer Engagement Solutions, delivered a presentation on Saudi Arabia’s Value Proposition, outlining how e& enterprise’s solutions align with the Kingdom’s ambitions in AI, automation, and customer experience. His address underscored the significance of leveraging digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
As part of its ongoing commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration, e& enterprise signed four strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with key technology partners. The agreements included a partnership with Databricks, a global leader in data and AI, to empower organizations in Saudi Arabia with unified analytics solutions that unlock big data potential and AI-driven insights. Another agreement was signed with Lucidya, a Saudi-based AI-powered customer experience platform specializing in Arabic-language sentiment analysis to enhance engagement. Additionally, a collaboration was established with Systems, a regional IT solutions provider enabling digital transformation through cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions. The fourth MoU was signed with Leejam, the largest fitness chain in the Middle East, which will integrate digital solutions to promote innovation in health and wellness across its Fitness Time gyms.
Khalid Murshed, CEO of e& enterprise, concluded the event with an inspiring speech reflecting on his personal connection to Saudi Arabia and its remarkable transformation into a global hub of innovation, commerce, and culture. He emphasized that Saudi Arabia is positioning itself at the forefront of digital transformation, driven by Vision 2030 and strategic investments in AI and advanced digital infrastructure.
