Coffee Cooperative in Jazan Exports First Shipment of Saudi Coffee to Europe

The Coffee Cooperative in Jazan has started exporting its first shipment of Saudi coffee from Al Dayer Governorate to Belgium and Eastern Europe, coinciding with the 2025 Saudi International Coffee Exhibition as part of its strategy to boost Saudi coffee’s status in global markets.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Coffee Cooperative in Jazan Salman bin Ahmed Al-Malki explained that this step is a culmination of the government’s efforts to support coffee cultivation and improve its quality to meet international standards. He praised the generous support extended to coffee farmers in Jazan by the leadership, as well as the continuous interest from the Governor of Jazan Region, the Deputy Governor, and the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture.

He also pointed out that this shipment represents the beginning of a new phase in the marketing of Saudi coffee globally, with future plans to expand the scope of export to include other international markets.
