Al Mohafaza Company for Education announced that its Board of Directors has approved the signing of a SAR 44 million contract with Watan Contracting Company to construct an educational complex in Riyadh.
According to the statement published on Tadawul, the project will be built on a 12,000-square-meter plot of land in the Al-Munsiyah neighborhood, designated as No. 124 in Plan No. 2497.
The company stated that the contract aligns with its expansion strategy, aiming to increase its student base and achieve sustainable growth and targeted returns.
The 15-month project is expected to have a positive financial impact once the complex becomes operational.
