Al Sagr Insurance Assembly Rejects Amendment to Governance Regulations

The Board of Directors of Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. announced on Thursday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which included not approving the amendment of the Company’s governance regulations.

The Assembly approved the amendment of the remuneration policy for members of the Board of Directors and its committees, and the executive management, in addition to approving the Risk Committee’s work regulations, and amending the Nominations and Remuneration Committee’s work regulations.
