Derayah Financial Company announced on Wednesday the distribution of cash dividends to unit holders of the Darya REIT Fund for the fourth quarter of 2024. The total distributed amount is SAR 9.03 million, equating to SAR 0.084 per unit, representing 0.92% of the net asset value.
According to the statement published on “Tadawul,” the cash distribution will be based on 107.5 million units, and payments will be made within 30 working days from the entitlement date.
The entitlement date for the cash distribution is set at the close of trading on January 30, 2025. Unit holders registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date will be eligible to receive the dividends.
