Munawla Cargo Co. to Distribute 7.5% Cash Dividends for H1 2024

Munawla Cargo Co. announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends for the first half of the fiscal year 2024. The total amount distributed will be SAR 1.5 million, with each share receiving SAR 0.75, representing 7.5% of the nominal share value.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, two million shares are eligible for the dividends, and the distribution date has been set for February 10, 2025.

Eligibility for the dividends applies to shareholders owning the company’s shares at the end of trading on Thursday, January 30, 2025, and registered with the Edaa Center by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
