Ma’aden signs $922 mln contracts for third phosphate fertilizer project development

Ma’aden announced the signing of several contracts related to the development of its third phosphate fertilizer manufacturing project.

According to a statement on Tadawul, the key agreements include:

1. General construction works at Ras Al Khair with China National Chemical Engineering Company’s branch for approximately $325 million (equivalent to SAR 1,220 million).

2. General construction works at Wa’ad Al Shamal (SAP/PAP & OSBL) with Sinopec Nanjing Engineering & Construction Inc.’s branch for approximately $363 million (equivalent to SAR 1,361 million).

3. General construction works at Wa’ad Al Shamal (Beneficiation) with Tekfen Construction and Installation Co., Inc. for approximately $234 million (equivalent to SAR 877 million).
