Anaam Holding postpones assembly meeting due to lack of quorum

Anaam International Holding Company announced that the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (second meeting), scheduled to take place one hour after the first meeting, was not held due to the lack of the necessary quorum for both meetings.

The company stated that it will convene the third Extraordinary General Assembly meeting after setting a new date and obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities. It noted that the third meeting will proceed regardless of the number of shareholders in attendance.
