Aramco CEO: We aim to increase energy production by 70% to create more jobs in the Kingdom

Engineer Amin Nasser, President and CEO of Saudi Aramco, said that the company aims to increase energy production by 70% to achieve additional benefits and provide more jobs in the Kingdom.

He added during his speech today at the Iktva 2025 Forum and Exhibition in Dammam, that more than 2,500 Saudis have been trained and 7,000 people with different skills have entered the labor market

He pointed to their contribution to many local industries that have achieved successes worth $250 million.

The Iktva program aims to enhance and develop the energy services sector in the Kingdom, to achieve greater integration and movement in this field, add more local value, and support diversification and economic growth in the long term.

The forum and the accompanying exhibition will review the goals and opportunities of the Iktva program in enhancing local content in the Kingdom, and participation will take place through a pavilion in the accompanying exhibition to introduce the fund’s programs and enablers, the unified national platform for employment (Jadarat).
