“Anaam Holding” announces E-voting start on GA items

Anaam International Holding Group Company announced that shareholders will be able to vote electronically remotely on the items of the Assembly starting from one o’clock in the morning tomorrow, Friday, until the end of the Assembly’s meeting time.

This comes in reference to the company’s announcement on the website of the financial market (Tadawul) dated December 19, 2024 AD, regarding the invitation to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting) scheduled to be held at six thirty in the evening on Tuesday, 07/14/1446 AH corresponding to 01/14/2025 AD, via modern technology.
