Sure Approves Amendments to Committee Bylaws

Sure Global Tech Co. announced on Thursday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), where it was approved to amend the Nominations, Remunerations and Audit Committee Bylaws.

It was also approved to amend the policies, standards and procedures for membership in the Board of Directors, as well as to amend the remuneration policy for members of the Board of Directors, its committees and the executive management. It was also approved to amend the policy of standards and controls for a member of the Board of Directors to compete with the Company’s business or one of its branches of activities.
