A listed Saudi company forms an audit committee of 3 women

Meyar Company, listed on the Saudi parallel market, Nomu, formed an audit committee for the current board session, which began on December 23, 2024 and extends for 4 years. The committee includes three women with extensive experience in the field of accounting, financial control and financial management.

The committee includes Fay Abdul Aziz Ibrahim Al-Munaie (independent) as the committee chairman, who holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has extensive experience in the field of accounting and financial management, and Rana Abdul Nasser Abdullah Al-Madi (independent) as a member, who holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has extensive experience in the field of accounting and financial control.

And Maznah Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al-Habdan (independent) as a member, who holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration – financial management and has extensive experience in the field of accounting and financial management.
