Almunajem Assembly Elects BOD for Next Session

The Board of Directors of Almunajem Foods Company announced on Monday the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) to elect Board of Directors members from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on Feb. 15, 2024, for 4 years.

According to the Company’s statement on Tadawul, the elected representatives are Mr. Saleh Bin Abdullah Al Munajem, Eng. Thamer Bin Abdulaziz Abanumay, Mr. Nader Bin Ibrahim Alwehibi, Mr. Abdullah Bin Omar Bawazir, Mr. Suliman Bin Abdulrahman Al Guwaiz, and Eng. Hasan Bin Shakib Al Jabri.
