AMAK General Assembly Elects Board Members for the New Term

Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Company (AMAK) announced on Sunday that its Ordinary General Assembly (First Meeting), held on Sunday, December 29, 2024, approved the election of board members for the new four-year term.

According to the company’s statement on “Tadawul,” the following individuals were elected as board members:

1. Eng. Mohmmed Manea Abdallala
2. Ibrahim Ali Bin Musallam
3. Eng. Ayman Abdulrahman AlShibl
4. Mr. Majed Ali Bin Musallam
5. Mr. Ahmed Abdulmohsin Alsaleh
6. Eng. Savas Sahin
7. Eng. Mohmmed Ahmed AlShehhi
8. Eng. Fekry Youssef Mohmmed
9. Mr. Abdulsalam Abdullah Aldraibi

The General Assembly also approved several key resolutions, including:

• Amendments to the Company’s Governance Manual.
• Amendments to the Audit Committee Charter.
• Amendments to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Charter.
