Artex Assembly Approves Election of 7 BOD Members

Artex Industrial Investment Company announced on Thursday to its shareholders the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), where the voting results included approval for the election of members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next four-year cycle starting from Jan. 23, 2025, and ending on Jan. 22, 2029, and they are:

– Mr. Suleiman Omar Al-Abdullatif

– Mr. Abdullatif Omar Al-Abdullatif

– Mr. Fahad Omar Al-Abdullatif

– Firas Khaled Abdullah Al Bawardi

– Mr. Samir Mahmoud Haddad

– Muhammad Abdullah Muhammad Al-Rashid

– Mr. Majed Abdulrahman Al-Osailan
