Almujtama Medical Signs Partnership to Establish a New Company

Almujtama Alraida Medical Co. announced on Thursday the signing of a partnership agreement with Muhammad Abdullah Abunayyan Investment Company (formerly Meem Alif Company). This agreement follows the non-binding memorandum of understanding signed and announced on June 9, 2024.

The partnership involves the establishment of a limited liability company with a capital of SAR 50,000, equally owned by Almujtama Alraida Medical Co. (50%) and Muhammad Abdullah Abunayyan Investment Company (50%).

The new company will focus on importing and selling products and items both domestically and internationally, with its headquarters based in Jeddah.
