SPIMACO ADDWAIEH signs credit facility agreement with Alinma Bank for SAR 220 million

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO ADDWAIEH) announces the signing of a 220 million SAR credit facility Agreement (Sharia compliant) with Al-Inma Bank.

The total value of the credit facilities is 220 Million SAR following:

– Short-term facility is (20 Million SAR).

– Med-term facility is (200 Million SAR).

The financing duration for the short-term facilities is one year, and for the mid-term facilities it is 5 years.
