Riyadh Steel Announces Resignation of BOD Member
Riyadh Steel Co. announced on Tuesday the decision of its Board of Directors to approve the resignation of Board Member Mr. Sultan bin Tawfiq Al-Qaseer, upon his request.
The Company stated in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the effective date of Al-Qaseer’s resignation is as of Monday, Dec. 23, indicating that the resigning member joined the Board on Jan. 18, 2022.
