Saudi Exchange: Fluctuation limits for Banque Saudi Fransi will be based on a share price of SAR 16.04
Banque Saudi Fransi EGM held on Monday 2024/12/23 has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Tuesday 2024/12/24 for Banque Saudi Fransi will be based on a share price of SAR 16.04 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the addition shares into the investor’s portfolios by Thursday 2024/12/26.
