Khabeer Al Thani Distributes 630,600 Shares in Almujtama Alraida to Current Partners

Almujtama Alraida Medical Co. announced on Monday that it received a letter from Khabeer Al Thani Investment Company (“the Company”), one of the major shareholders, stating its intention to distribute the shares of Almujtama Alraida owned by the Company which amount to 630,673 shares, representing (6.64%) of the shares of Almujtama Alraida, and deposit them in the investment portfolios of the current partners of the Company, which will result in a change in the list of major shareholders in Almujtama Alraida.
