Tihama Appoints Abdul Karim Fouad to Audit Committee

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing Co. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Abdul Karim Fouad Omar as a member of the Audit Committee. He will replace Ryan Muhammad Al-Eid, who resigned. The appointment is effective as of December 21, 2024.

Abdul Karim Fouad Omar holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and brings extensive experience in accounting and internal auditing across several companies.
