SHL Assembly Approves Amendments to Company Articles of Association
SHL Finance Co. announced on Thursday the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) to amend the Company’s Articles of Association in line with the new Companies’ Law, and to rearrange and number the Articles to be consistent with the proposed amendments.
The amendment of the Audit Committee’s Charter was also approved.
