SSP Assembly Approves Bylaws Amendment to Align with New Companies Law
Saudi Steel Pipe Co. (SSP) announced on Thursday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), where it was approved to amend the Company’s Bylaws to comply with the new Companies Law, and to rearrange and number the Articles of the Law to comply with the proposed amendments.
