Jahez Reappoints HRH Prince Mishal Bin Sultan as BOD Chairman

Jahez International Company for Information System Technology (Jahez) announced on Tuesday the appointment of HRH Prince Mishal Bin Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (the Chairman of the Board, Non-Executive), and Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Bin Mohammed Al Omran (Vice Chairman, Non-Executive).

The Committees were also formed as follows:

1. Formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee members as follows:

• Mr. Salman Bin Abdulmuhsin Bin Mohammed Al Sudeary (Chair of the Committee, Independent)

• Mr. Abdulmajeed Bin Abdulmohsen Bin Ibrahim Al Shaikh (Committee member, member from outside the Board).

• Mr. Musaed Bin Abdullah Bin Hamad Al Qassim (committee member, member from outside the Board).

2. Formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee members as follows:

• HRH Prince Mishal Bin Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud

• Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Bin Mohammed Al Omran

• Mrs. Loulwa Bint Mohammed Bin Abdulkarim Bakr
