L’azurde Confirms Alignment of Business Activities with Sharia Guidelines

L’azurde Company for Jewelry (the “Company”) announced on Tuesday that it has received the Shari’a Evaluation Report (the “Report”) on the Company’s operations issued by the Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB) in its capacity as the Company’s Shari’a Advisor.

The Report indicated that the Company’s business activities during the third quarter of 2024 are in line with the Shari’a standards and guidelines approved by the Shari’a committee assigned to the Company.

It is worth noting that the SRB was appointed to examine and study the extent to which the Company’s operations and activities are in line with the Shari’a guidelines and standards approved by the Shari’a Committee assigned to the Company. The SRB will also provide the necessary Sharia consultations to continue to ensure the Company’s commitment to the aforementioned guidelines and standards throughout the assignment period.
