Molan Receives No Notification Certificate from General Authority for Competition for Mayar International Industries Acquisition

Molan Steel Company announced on Monday, that it has received a No Notification Required Certificate from the General Authority for Competition regarding its acquisition of 100% of Mayar International Industries.

As previously stated on Tadawul, the financial consideration for the acquisition will depend on the results of the financial evaluation and due diligence. The transaction will be funded through the company’s internal financial resources.
