United International Holding Appoints Mohamed Fahmy as Acting CEO

United International Holding Company announced the appointment of Mr. Mohamed Fahmy, Vice Chairman, as Acting CEO of the company, effective immediately. Mr. Fahmy will manage the company’s affairs during the interim period until a permanent CEO is appointed.

With over 30 years of experience in strategic planning and the financial sector, Mr. Fahmy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, earned in 1985.

This appointment follows the company’s announcement on Tadawul on December 8, 2024, regarding the passing of the former CEO, Mr. Sakhr Abdulrahman Mohammed Almulhem (May Allah have mercy on his soul).
