Ghida Alsultan Announces Change in Ownership Percentage of Major Investors

Ghida Alsultan Company announced on Sunday that it received a letter from the Mefic Fund for Private Equity Opportunities, whose ownership is represented by the Second Private Opportunities Trading Company, one of the major shareholders in the company, which owns (24%) of the shares, including the shareholder’s desire to transfer the shares owned by the Mefic Fund in the Company.

It indicated that the shares were transferred to the personal portfolio of the investors in the fund, each according to his current ownership percentage; which will result in a change in the list of major direct shareholders in the company on the Tadawul website.
