Savola: We have not received any objections from creditors to capital reduction
Savola Group announced the end of the creditors’ objection period to the capital reduction and that it has not received any objections.
It indicated that it will hold its extraordinary general assembly related to the capital reduction and the distribution of its entire stake in Almarai Company amounting to 34.52% to the eligible Savola shareholders (the material deal) tomorrow, Thursday.
