Japan’s wholesale prices rise 3.7% in November
Japan’s wholesale price index rose 3.7% year-on-year in November.
The Bank of Japan said on Wednesday that producer prices (wholesale) prices accelerated last month, noting that on a monthly basis, wholesale prices rose 0.3% in November, after rising 0.2% in October.
Japanese export prices rose 0.2% month-on-month and 0.7% year-on-year last month, while import prices fell 0.5% month-on-month and 2.8% year-on-year.
