Academy of Learning Establishes Investment Committee, Names Khaled Al-Ammar as Chairman

Academy of Learning Company announced the formation of an Investment Committee to advise the Board of Directors on investment strategies, resource management, and initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and maximize shareholder value.

According to a statement on Tadawul, H.E. Khaled bin Mohammed Al-Ammar has been appointed Chairman of the committee. The other members are H.E. Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al-Zamil and H.E. Dr. Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Juraish.

The committee’s term will commence immediately and continue until the end of the Board’s term or until a Board decision is made to dissolve or merge the committee with another.
