Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company announced the commencement of the trading period for priority rights and subscriptions for new shares on Friday.
The trading period for priority rights will conclude on Dec. 9, while the subscription period for the new shares will end on Dec. 12, the company said in a statement.
Shareholders eligible for the rights issue are those holding shares at the close of trading on Nov. 26, the date of the extraordinary general assembly meeting, and registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the meeting.
