“Al-Babtain” to deposit H1 profits at a rate of 5% of the nominal value

Al-Babtain Power & Telecom Company announced that the disbursement of profits for the first half of the fiscal year 2024 will begin tomorrow, Monday, at a rate of half a riyal per share at a rate of 5% of the nominal value of the share, noting that the eligibility date for shareholders owning shares is Tuesday, 11/12/2024 AD, registered in the issuer’s shareholders’ register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The disbursement process will be carried out through the Arab National Bank so that it is deposited directly into the shareholders’ accounts linked to the investment portfolios at all local banks. We hope that the honorable shareholders will ensure that their account data is updated.
