Zamil Industrial Opens Nominations for BOD Membership

Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial) announced on Sunday opening of nominations for membership in the Company’s Board of Directors for the next session starting from May 01, 2025 for three years ending on April 30, 2028.

Nominations will be open from today until Jan. 02, 2025.

Zamil Industrial announced the opening of nominations for its Board of Directors, in accordance with the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Corporate Governance Regulations from the Capital Market Authority, and the Company’s membership policy and standards. Board Members will be elected during the upcoming General Assembly Meeting, with the date to be announced later, pending necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
